At Moon Essentials, our priority is to deliver your sleep products, including pillows, mattresses, and cooling protectors, promptly and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Delivery Timeframe:
We aim for all items to arrive within 5 business days, with a maximum delivery window of 14 days from the date of your purchase. This allows us to ensure that your order is carefully prepared and shipped to you efficiently.
Extended Delivery Window:
If your order has not arrived within the 14-day period, we offer an additional window of up to 30 days to resolve any delivery issues. This extended time allows us to thoroughly address any delays and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Refunds and Resolutions:
Should your order still not arrive after the 30-day period, we will process refunds as needed. We are committed to resolving any shipping issues promptly, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you encounter any challenges with your order.
We Keep Shipping Free and Simple
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that your order has been successfully received in our system and your payment has been pre-authorized. We will then proceed with processing your order and preparing it for shipment.
Order Shipment:
Once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within two business days from the date of your order. You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you don’t receive tracking information within three business days, please reach out to us at support@moonslp.com.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@moonslp.com. We will process a claim on your behalf and ship you a new item at no additional cost.
Returns and Exchanges:
