Moon Sleep Return Policy

At Moon Sleep, our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and experiences a restful night’s sleep. We offer a variety of support options, including order cancellations, a price match guarantee, and a 90-Night Trial Period for eligible mattresses, so you can feel confident in every purchase.


Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase without any fees. If a cancellation is requested after this period, a cancellation fee of up to 70% of the order’s value will be applied.


Price Match Guarantee
We’re committed to offering you the best possible prices online. If you find a lower price for the same product on our site or from another online retailer within six months of your purchase, we’ll match that price by refunding the difference.

To request a price match:

  1. Email Support@moonslp.com with a link to the same product on our website or the competitor’s website.
  2. Attach a copy of your receipt and order number for verification.

Price Match Limitations

  • The item must be purchased from Moon Sleep’s website to qualify.
  • Price matching excludes promotions like rebates and “buy one, get one free” offers.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitor’s site and must be from an online-only retailer.
  • Discount or auction sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock) are not eligible.
  • Competitors must be Authorized Retailers of the product.
  • Price Match covers item price and shipping but excludes sales tax.

90-Night Trial Period
We want to give you ample time to get accustomed to your new mattress. That’s why we offer a 90-Night Trial Period on premium mattresses ($699 and above), starting from the delivery date. To help your body adjust, we require that you sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before considering an exchange.

Eligibility for the 90-Night Trial Period

  • The 90-Night Trial Period applies only to items purchased directly from moonslp.com, excluding sale items and promotional purchases.
  • Each household/purchaser is limited to one exchange per year. 
  • Exchanges are limited to one per original purchase. If the exchanged mattress costs less than the original, the difference will be issued as store credit to be used on other products.
  • Once an exchange is completed, it is final, and no new trial period will apply.

Additional Conditions for the 90-Night Trial Period
To qualify for an exchange, the mattress must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be sanitary, stain-free, odor-free, and undamaged.
  • Photos of the mattress in its current condition will be required for processing an exchange request.
  • All original tags and labels must remain intact.
  • Adjustable bases, box foundations, and mattresses under $699 do not qualify for the trial period.
  • Sheets and “As-Is,” Closeout, and Special Order products are excluded.
  • Additional restrictions may apply.
  • A Comfort Exchange Fee ($139) and redelivery fees will be applied if delivery is outside our free area.
  • Promotions or discounts applied to the original purchase will revert to full retail pricing upon exchange.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Moon Sleep stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, a return for a refund will be issued in such cases only.

To initiate a return for damaged or defective items:

  1. Contact Support@moonslp.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Attach a clear photo of the damage or defect, along with a copy of your receipt and order number.

Upon verification, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds.


Service and Warranty
Warranties are managed directly between the customer and the manufacturer. While Moon Sleep does not provide warranties, we are available to assist with any questions regarding the warranty process. All warranty service costs are the responsibility of the original customer. Please note that any promotional pricing on the original purchase will revert to full retail pricing upon an exchange or warranty claim.
