At Moon, we’re dedicated to helping you find the best sleep experience possible. That’s why we offer a 90-Night Trial Period on our mattresses priced at $699 and above, so you have plenty of time to determine if your new mattress is the right fit.

We know that it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights before deciding. This period allows your body to adapt and ensures you’re making the best decision for your sleep.

If, after 30 nights, you’re not fully satisfied, simply fill out the form below or email us at support@moonslp.com with your order number, and let us know you’d like a refund or opt to make an exchange. We’ll start the process for you—free of charge—and help you find a better match to meet your needs.
