As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. We will then proceed with processing the charges and submitting the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
Once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within two business days from the date of your order. You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you don’t receive tracking information within three business days, please reach out to us at support@moonslp.com.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to support@moonslp.com, and we will process a claim on your behalf and ship you a new item.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
